Job Summary
Restock bar products including alcoholic beverages, icing wells, and fruit while ensuring all alcohol dispensing policies are followed. Sweep and mop the bar, move and tap kegs, draft beer, and pour wine for guest orders. Run supplies such as napkins, cups, and utensils to bartenders. Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events begin, maintaining sanitation standards by mopping floors, cleaning mats, and managing trash. Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and alert bartenders immediately. Maintain excellent attendance and availability for scheduled events. Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Available to work events as scheduled per business need
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bar capacity is preferred
