Job Summary
Join the opening team at Limelight Hawaii as a Bar Back, contributing to the beverage culture of a dynamic entertainment venue. Responsibilities include preparing, mixing, and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, engaging with guests, and supporting banquet staff during events. Ideal candidates will have bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or banquet environment preferred
- Current alcohol service certification (Hawaii’s liquor card required)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast or similar)
