Job Summary
Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for bartenders. Support cocktail servers by clearing tables, assist in trash and recycling disposal, and contribute to bussing, cleaning, and stocking of glassware. Keep the sales and service floor free from debris while rotating kegs as needed. Communicate potential issues to the Manager on Duty and aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary. Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility. This role requires lifting objects up to 50 pounds and availability during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
- Preferred minimum of one year's experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry
- Comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Positive and resilient personality with a 'never quit' attitude
- Capability to walk, stand, and frequently handle heavy items within a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
