Job Summary
Stock the bar with glassware, rollups, silverware, plates, and juices; clear and reset bar tables while maintaining cleanliness on chairs and floors. Greet guests warmly, pour beer and wine following portioning and ID verification protocols, and communicate food or drink orders to the bartender for entry into the Aloha POS System. Polish and restock all glassware and bar items, including ice, garnishes, syrups, and back-of-bar dispensers; change beer kegs and monitor cooler inventory. Break down, clean, and polish stainless steel for bar wells, assist with recycling, and manage trash removal. Monitor guests' physical condition to ensure compliance with alcohol serving policies. Report for work on time while upholding expectations for attendance, uniform, and professional conduct in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must take and pass all training tests 85% or higher
- Obtain required certification from the Liquor Department
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Non-slip shoes, wear back belt if lifting over 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
- 1 year work history with HCR
- Experience with POS a plus
