Job Summary
Maintain bar areas and equipment while anticipating guest needs regarding wine, liquor, and cocktail menus. Mix drinks, serve guests, and detail the bar area, ensuring proper stocking of beer, wine, and other beverages. Monitor shelves and coolers, restock with clean glasses, and assist with monthly inventory, requisition deliveries, and liquor pick-ups. This part-time role at The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio in Hersheypark supports a high-paced environment with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Duties require lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for up to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Post-Employment: RAMP certification
- Abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
