Job Summary
Setup, service the bar, and manage storage areas while anticipating guest needs regarding wine, liquor, and cocktail menus. Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area including counters, floors, refrigerators, and trash removal. Monitor shelves and coolers for proper beverage stocking, restock with clean glasses, and assist servers and bartenders with mixing drinks, serving guests, detailing, and breakdown. Assist with monthly inventory, filling and delivering requisitioned products, and liquor pick-ups. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; lift up to 70 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Post-Employment: RAMP certification
- Abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
