Job Summary
Engage guests with in-depth knowledge of varietals, blends, brewing, and winemaking style while promoting product sales. Maintain par levels of food service items, set up and re-stock bar areas, and ensure attractive beverage presentation. Provide timely follow-through on all client requests, keep work zones clean, and adhere to sanitation and safety standards. Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks, operate bar equipment, and conduct training on job responsibilities. Requires current Food Handler and Liquor Service Permit, age 21, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Hourly pay ranges from $14 to $16 DOE with daily pay and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Food Handler and Liquor Service Permit
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to transport up to 40 pounds during course of shift
- Ability to carry trays with wine stems and plates
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Working knowledge of and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
