Job Summary
Ensure correct mise en place at the start of every shift by preparing all cocktails, stocking the bar, and setting up sufficient glassware. Maintain the bar area fully stocked and clean throughout the shift to prevent tenders from running out of items. Keep the bar space tidy and free of obstructions at all times. This role requires speed and attention to detail within a fast-paced rooftop bar operation. Previous experience in high-end liquor-led bars is ideal, though training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Impeccable command of English both written and spoken
- Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is ideal
