Job Summary
Delivers food to tables, maintains nonalcoholic drink levels, and ensures bar areas remain clean and stocked. Assists bartenders by keeping stations organized, restocking garnishes and glassware, and performing opening/closing duties including party breakdowns. Monitors guest demeanor to address intoxicated guests per safety procedures, checks back on orders for satisfaction, and empties trash or sweeps floors as needed. Adheres to portion guidelines for cost control and follows all sanitation policies while working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
