Job Summary
As a Bar Back at Dave & Buster’s, you will assist Bartenders by maintaining a clean and stocked bar area to support prompt and friendly service. Responsibilities include delivering food to tables, providing exceptional Guest experiences, ensuring compliance with alcohol awareness procedures, restocking supplies, and participating in party setups and clean up. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering timely responses to Guest needs. The position requires lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
