Job Summary
Delivers food to tables, keeps bar areas clean and stocked, and maintains nonalcoholic drink levels while adhering to portion guidelines for cost control. Assists bartenders by emptying trash, sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and performing opening and closing duties including party breakdowns. Monitors guest demeanor to ensure alcohol awareness procedures are followed and addresses unusual matters promptly. Works days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for the full shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
