Job Summary
Maintain and stock the casino service bar in accordance with department procedures; receive, fill, and deliver stock orders; keep bars stocked with liquor, beer, and glassware; clean floors, equipment, countertops, and shelves; assist bartenders with garnishes, washing glassware, and overall bar cleanliness; follow written directions; knowledge of beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including ID checks and shutoff procedures; handle ice and sanitation tasks; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts in a casino environment.
