Job Summary
Keep bar stations fully stocked with ice, mixes, garnishes, and napkins while providing coverage during meal periods. Maintain workspace cleanliness by wiping down reach-ins, beer coolers, and mix containers, emptying trash, and ensuring floors are debris-free. Prepare fruit garnishes, assist with bulk alcohol and mix recipes, and help greet guests, take orders, and retrieve beverages during busy times. Monitor equipment function, verify inventory levels, and report intoxicated or underage guests to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) months of related experience or training
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language
- Ability to perform simple mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members, addressing their needs and resolving issues
- Ability to have clear and effective communication with guests and team members
- Ability to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busy period(s)
- Current Food Handler's Card
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Gaming license (at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission)
