Job Summary
Bar Back role supporting bar operations: assist with opening/closing duties, restocking garnishes, napkins, glassware, ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer; check taps and appliances, perform minor repairs or change kegs; maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, floors, coolers, and storage; perform bussing duties; learn menu items and cocktail recipes, assist bartender with learning POS; daily/weekly cleaning duties; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and strong interpersonal, time-management, and detail-oriented skills.
Required Qualifications

- Meets state minimum age 18 to serve alcohol
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player is MUST
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
