Job Summary
Bar Attendant at The Adnate Perth – Art Series, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting cocktails with awareness of current mixology trends, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. Key duties include welcoming guests, maintaining space and service areas, upselling to enhance guest experience, and delivering exceptional customer service as part of a diverse hospitality team. Must have prior bar experience and RSA qualification, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required, and a passion for engaging with guests in a dynamic hotel setting.
Required Qualifications
- Past experience as a Bar Attendant
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
- Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
