Job Summary
Lead the bar and waiting team to deliver excellence and ensure every shift runs smoothly. Act as a role model by sharing enthusiasm and knowledge while supporting staff who do much more than serve and pour. Manage the team in a characterful 14th-century pub featuring timber frames, low beamed ceilings, and a log fire. Enjoy family-friendly, flexible working with meals provided for shifts over six hours, plus 30% off food and drink and £150 towards a stay at our pubs.
