Job Summary
Spearhead all departmental training and team development by conducting new hire classes, auditing trainers, and implementing creative techniques like role-playing. Monitor events and staff performance across Servers, Trainers, Bartenders, and Captains to provide on-the-job correction and ensure adherence to Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards. Coordinate safety meetings, manage training schedules, and establish monthly out-of-department certification programs for temp laborers. Prepare weekly reports for Banquet Management, update digital training records, and assist the administrative office with hiring, scheduling, and billing inquiries. Maintain accurate time and attendance logs while organizing team-building activities. This role supports the Banquet Captains and contributes to the Broadmoor's reputation as the longest-running Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three months of related experience and/or training
- One year of Office Administration and/or Supervisory or Management experience
- Three years of experience in a Food & Beverage Position
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- 18 years or older

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management
- Banquet experience
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
