Lead banquet kitchen operations for a premier Marriott resort, partnering with the Executive Chef to drive menu innovation and deliver high-quality, high-volume events. Provide leadership to a culinary team, set standards for excellence and accountability, and manage food cost, inventory, sanitation, and compliance while ensuring exceptional presentation and flavor.
