Banquets Setup - The National

Set-up tables, chairs, podiums, staging, risers, dance floors, signs, decorative elements, and other banquet equipment for meetings, private dining, and catering events per customer contract requirements and Banquet Event Order instructions. Clean and maintain all areas and equipment used for banquet functions, including vacuuming, cleaning walls, windows, and service corridors. Pick-up and deliver equipment and supplies to scheduled rooms while transporting and storing tables and chairs. Perform general cleaning tasks using company-issued products, refresh meeting rooms by emptying trash and removing dirty linens, and conduct light maintenance on equipment needing repair. Read, review, and make changes to daily calendars and event function sheets as instructed by Banquet Management. Approach guest encounters professionally and promptly notify management of hazards or service issues. Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, while adhering to grooming and dress code standards.
