Banquets Setup Attendant

Banquet Set-Up Attendant prepares meeting and event spaces by setting up, maintaining, and breaking down rooms per guest specifications and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Responsibilities include transporting and arranging tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other equipment; stocking glasses and water; ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and ready; promptly breaking down spaces after events; maintaining equipment and inventory; and communicating with the supervisor to stay informed of assignments. The role requires sustained physical movement and the ability to lift 50+ pounds, with strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.
