Banquets Server

Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in Banquet Event Order. Set up tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts, and cordial carts. Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Clear courses and crumb tables, replenish buffet items, and monitor tableware presentation. Bus tables by removing and separating tableware, plateware, glassware, and flatware. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas. Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager.
