Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment to proper location; set up, stock, and maintain work areas; monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas; transport dirty linen to the cleaning area and restock linens; practice clean-as-you-go; assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests; follow all safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions; maintain professional appearance and communicate clearly with guests and team; welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and thank guests; read and visually verify information in various formats; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and more with assistance; navigate stairs and ramps; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
