Banquet Captain responsible for supervising set-up, service and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions; oversee food and beverage service to ensure exceptional service; provide leadership and direction to Banquet staff; participate in scheduling and payroll functions; coordinate with event planners, ensure all BEOs are followed, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, manage beverage service in compliance with laws, and train back-up staff; requires supervisory skills, English communication, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and knowledge of banquet menus and liquor laws.
