Banquets Captain - Ann Arbor Marriott

Supervise and assist with the set-up and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. Inspect meeting and banquet arrangements against the Banquet Event Order to ensure accuracy. Approach all guest and employee interactions with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor while maintaining high standards of personal grooming and brand-compliant uniform. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications, and maintain regular attendance according to hotel scheduling needs. Other duties as required. Located in Ann Arbor, this role supports Aimbridge Hospitality's global management of over 1,550 hotels.
