Banquets Captain

Supervise and assist with the set-up service and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. Inspect meeting and banquet functions by checking them against the Banquet Event Order. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and proper uniform. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler, and safety certifications. Maintain regular attendance according to the hotel's varying scheduling needs.
