Job Summary
Supervise and assist with the set-up service and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. Inspect meeting and banquet function arrangements against the Banquet Event Order. Approach guests and employees with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and proper uniform. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications. Maintain regular attendance according to hotel scheduling needs. Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Must comply with State regulations
- Must maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Must wear the proper uniform and name tag when working
- Must comply with certification requirements as applicable to position
- Must comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- College course work in related field
- Previous supervisory responsibility
