Job Summary
Supervise and assist with the set-up and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. Inspect meeting and banquet arrangements by checking them against the Banquet Event Order. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler certifications, and maintain regular attendance according to hotel scheduling needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Must comply with State regulations (Alcohol Awareness Certification)
Desired Qualifications
- College course work in related field
- Previous supervisory responsibility
