Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year experience with banquets and food and beverage operations training
- One year supervisory experience or equivalent education and experience
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
