Job Summary
Oversee banquet function room setups by strictly adhering to Banquet Event Orders and verify all pre-requisites to guarantee timely readiness. Coordinate closely with the Chef on event menus, supervise service standards throughout operations, and manage inventory levels for equipment and replacement items. Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols across all service and storage areas while actively participating in assigned meetings and training sessions. This role requires Saudi National status, minimum three years of hospitality experience, and strong leadership skills to manage high-pressure environments.
