Oversee banquet operations including setup, service, and cleanup to ensure seamless events; coordinate with event planners, clients, and staff to meet requirements; manage and mentor banquet staff, ensuring high-quality service; monitor food/beverage quality, enforce health/sanitation regulations, and promptly resolve guest inquiries; assist in planning banquet events with layout and equipment arrangements; maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment and ensure timely replenishment.
