Job Summary
Supervise banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown while ensuring all event spaces are properly arranged and maintained. Own menus, labels, and BEOs, coordinate with kitchen and event planners for seamless execution, and oversee service flow to guarantee guest satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed. Maintain inventory of banquet supplies, enforce health and safety standards, and prepare event reports for management. Address guest inquiries promptly and assist with banquet requisitions, payroll, and SOPs. Plan holiday buffets and create directional signs. Complete hotel safety training and attend staffing meetings. Available to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

- Banquet check posting and editing systems are Salesforce and Opera

- Experience in banquets (captains or supervisors preferred in the hospitality industry)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Spanish/ Bi-lingual
