Banquet Supervisor

Conduct daily banquet setup, ensuring furniture and equipment are clean and properly arranged to meet group requirements. Inspect table set-ups for neatness and resolve any issues while documenting pertinent information in the department logbook. Communicate with guests and departments to fulfill special event arrangements and address service needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities. Supervise staff by inspecting grooming and attire, and assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees. Maintain safety protocols by reporting accidents and completing required certifications. Perform physical tasks involving lifting objects up to 50 pounds and moving over uneven surfaces. Welcome all guests according to company standards and ensure adherence to quality expectations.
