Conduct closing duties by storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning all areas, returning items to proper locations, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Set up and maintain work areas while inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness prior to use. Follow safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain a professional appearance. Welcome guests, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and maintain positive working relationships with the team. Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, navigating uneven surfaces, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
