Banquet Staff

Set up and tear down event spaces, welcome guests with hospitality, serve food, replenish buffets, clear plates, and manage trash throughout weddings, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations. Collaborate with event captains and kitchen staff to maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards. Prioritize punctuality, reliability, and a team-first mindset while working primarily weekend and evening shifts. We train anyone with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Slows operates multiple locations in Detroit and Ann Arbor, including a food truck and gameday stands at Ford Field and Comerica Park.
