Banquet Staff

Set up and tear down event spaces, including tables, buffet lines, and equipment. Welcome guests with hospitality, answer menu questions, and serve food while replenishing buffets, clearing plates, and managing trash. Collaborate with event captains and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards. This part-time role offers flexibility for weekend and evening shifts tied to weddings, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations. We are a Detroit-based catering and events team operating multiple locations and gameday stands.
