Job Summary
Set up and break down banquet spaces, serve food and beverages with a focus on quality and presentation, and clear tables for post-event cleanup. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service. Conform with safety standards, follow personal hygiene guidelines, and report issues to management. Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, lifting up to 50 pounds in an indoor or outdoor environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work at least one to four shifts every 2 weeks from September 2026 to May 2027
- Must have a valid Food Handler's Card and Liquor License
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and/or move between twenty-five (25) and fifty (50) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
