Job Summary
The Banquet Setup/Server will assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding guests' expectations for food and beverage service in meeting rooms and banquet functions. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness, maintaining sanitation standards, reading and completing Banquet Event Orders, setting up and serving functions, and assisting managers and lead servers/captains with setups while enforcing all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banquet and/or food & beverage experience preferred.
