Job Summary
Banquet Setup Person responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down banquet/event spaces, coordinating with service and Event Sales staff to ensure high standards of presentation and functionality. Duties include arranging tables/chairs/table settings per banquet orders and floor plans, ensuring equipment is properly arranged and functional (including interlocking dance floors), assisting with service and bussing as needed, and upholding the 3-steps of service to deliver a memorable event experience. Required/Preferred: strong communication, teamwork, and ability to follow safety and club policies; physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs; prior F&B service experience and participation in Invited’s F&B Service Training program preferred. Also includes attending daily briefings, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, and contributing to ongoing club operations and guest satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service (preferred)
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program (preferred)
