Job Summary
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations. Assist with the setup and breakdown of audio/visual equipment and other event necessities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. Collaborate with banquet service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless event execution. Follow all safety and sanitation standards to provide a secure environment for guests and staff. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as events require.
