Banquet Set Up role responsible for breaking down and setting up events in hotel banquet spaces. Tasks include setting up tables, moving chairs, setting up beverage stations, basic maintenance like vacuuming and cleaning, and maintaining linen and banquet closets. Works under the Banquet Manager and the Executive Chef, requiring self-motivation and timely task completion to support successful events.
