Banquet Set-Up

Set up and tear down tables and chairs for group events like holiday buffets, weddings, and corporate meetings in the ballroom, lounge, and restaurant areas. Place linen and skirting according to Banquet Event Orders while setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment. Provide beverages and snacks to meeting rooms and assist with serving as needed. Candidates must be 16 or older with availability for weekends, holidays, and shifts starting as early as 5am or ending at 12am. This role requires repeatedly lifting up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbs, along with prolonged standing and bending. Work is intermittent based on group bookings.
