Job Summary
Banquet Set Up team member responsible for setting up banquet events per BEOs, maintaining and inventorying equipment, ensuring a safe and professional guest experience, and providing top-notch customer service in a high-volume hospitality setting. Responsibilities include reading and following BEOs, assisting guests, maintaining safety procedures, lifting up to 50lbs, and supporting event readiness indoors with limited outdoors exposure; must be available nights and weekends and maintain a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred one-year experience in a high-volume hospitality service setting
- Preferred hotel banquet event set up experience or comparable service experience in a high volume, catering and events venue
- Ability to read, understand and follow BEO’s
- Maintenance and inventory of equipment
- Provide the primary level of guest assistance
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Must be able to multi task
