Banquet Set-Up Associate in The Guest House at Graceland (Memphis, TN) works in the Banquet Department setting up and breaking down event spaces with tables, chairs, dance floors, and related equipment per group requirements.Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining knowledge of scheduled group functions and room layouts, stocking linen and skirting, inspecting conditions and cleanliness of spaces and equipment, and assisting with inventories. Hours are full-time with variable schedules including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime; eligibility for benefits after a 60-day introductory period.
