Banquet Service Agent duties include preparing coffee breaks, carts, and stations, setting up tables, buffets, dessert and cordial carts, and communicating guest dietary needs to the kitchen. Ensure guests are acknowledged with professional language, assist with disabilities, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support the team to achieve quality standards. Responsibilities also include replenishing buffet items, monitoring tableware presentation, and clearing tables; stand or move for long shifts and lift objects up to 50 pounds unaided and over 75 pounds with assistance.
