Banquet Servers

As a Banquet Server at Cambria Hotel Detroit, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service during events, weddings, conferences, and banquet functions. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, coordinating seating, taking and delivering orders, accommodating dietary needs, refilling beverages, and maintaining a clean, organized service area. You will collaborate with the banquet house person, culinary team, and staff to ensure timely service, smooth event execution, and guest satisfaction. Key skills include outstanding customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and knowledge of food and beverage service techniques. A certification in food handling is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
