Job Summary
Conduct high-end banquet service and bartending for weddings, corporate meetings, and social events at New Albany Country Club. Set up and strike food and beverage stations while anticipating guest needs and maintaining proper service standards and etiquette. Communicate clearly with guests and team members, manage uniform attire, and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude. Requires minimum one year of professional banquet service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience serving food & beverages to high-end social & corporate clientele
- Take pride in providing professional and attentive service
- Anticipate guests' needs before and during an event
- Understand and demonstrate proper service standards and event etiquette
- Maintain a professional appearance, including proper care of uniform attire
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Have experience setting up and striking events, including guest tables, and food & beverage stations
- Maintain a positive attitude even in stressful situations
- Minimum one year of professional banquet service
- Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a third-party background check
