Job Summary
Present food and beverages to guests while performing bartending duties, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Setup and tear down equipment for meetings and food and beverage functions in banquet and training rooms. Stock, store, and care for all banquet equipment, assist in washing glassware and utensils, and clean banquet and storage areas. Ensure banquet areas are clean and restocked, maintain positive guest relations, and demonstrate knowledge of alcohol safety awareness, P.O.S. systems, and health and safety standards. Work various shifts with flexibility to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Obtain and maintain a valid MAST certification
- Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- One (1) year restaurant/deli experience preferred
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Demonstrate effective communication skill both written and verbal. Read, write and speak English fluently
- Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts
- Exhibit quick and efficient serving skills
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in alcohol safety awareness
- Exhibit working knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required
