Job Summary
Present food and beverages to guests while performing bartending duties, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Setup and tear down equipment for meetings and food and beverage functions in banquet and training rooms. Stock, store, and care for all banquet equipment, assist in washing glassware and utensils, and ensure banquet areas remain clean and restocked. Maintain a positive work environment by engaging guests and team members with a professional demeanor and adhering to established policies and event BEO. Work various shifts, meet deadlines, and demonstrate efficient serving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Obtain and maintain a valid MAST certification
- Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- One (1) year restaurant/deli experience preferred
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
