Set up banquet spaces and serve guests according to the banquet event order; maintain a clean work area; assist bartenders or other servers; read and understand banquet event orders and be familiar with the menu; ensure proper storage of banquet items and adherence to health and safety regulations; provide attentive guest service, refills, and item clearing throughout the event; requires ServSafe/TIPS certifications; pre-employment background check; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as server, busser, runner, host(ess)
- Understanding of banquet terminology and/or setup
- Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies (ServSafe, TIPS Certification)
- Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
