Job Summary
Provide attentive, high-quality service during event setup, service periods, and post-event breakdown. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a great experience. Maintain clean, well-organized event spaces and work closely with Banquet Captains and team members to execute successful meetings, celebrations, and large-scale conventions. This role requires standing for extended periods, carrying loaded trays, and assisting with room setups and event transitions. Schedule flexibility is essential, including availability during evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods.
